Fundraising

“Everything comes from You, and we have given You only what comes from Your own hand.”

1 Chronicles 29:14

At BCS, we recognize that every blessing comes from the Lord, and we are grateful for the generosity of our community. Funds raised help provide scholarships/tuition assistance for students, support campus improvements, and enhance educational resources that allow us to continue fulfilling our mission of providing excellent academic and Biblically based education in the Grand Valley.

Support BCS while you shop

City Market

If you have a value card, go online or on the City Market App to register your card number with our school through the “Payments & Resources” tab. Present this card at checkout, and a portion of sales will be donated to BCS every quarter.

Office Depot

When shopping at Office Depot mention the “Back to Schools Program”. They will then look up our school ID number (70017948) and give BCS 5% on qualifying purchases.

American Furniture Warehouse

During Check-out, mention our school or Partner ID (BCS174). For online orders, use the “Special Comments” at the payment screen to submit this information. AFW will donate 2% on all purchases (4% on Beautyrest & Serta mattresses); 2-4% back to support our school.

Box Tops for Education

Use the Box Tops App to scan store receipts for participating products. Our school will automatically earn cash with every Box Top product purchased.

    our fundraisers

    Pumpkin patch

Each October, Bookcliff Christian School hosts an annual Pumpkin Patch that is open to the public throughout the month. Families, students, and community members enjoy visiting the patch to find the perfect pumpkin and celebrate the fall season together.

This fundraiser also provides volunteer opportunities for those who would like to help set up the patch, unload pumpkins when they arrive, and assist with working the patch throughout the season.

    Glow Run

Glow Run is an evening fundraiser. Students collect pledges from family and friends, then spend the event running laps around the school campus and through the building while surrounded by glow-in-the-dark decorations and music.

Sponsors can choose to pledge based on the number of laps completed or the amount of time a student participates.

    Color Run

Color Run is an outdoor morning event. Similar to the Glow Run, students collect pledges from family and friends and then run laps around an outside course. As they make their way around the course, participants are showered with colorful powder, creating a vibrant experience for students of all ages.

    Golf Tournament

The Annual Rusty Crick Golf Tournament brings together school families, local businesses, and community members for a day of friendly competition and fellowship on the golf course. Participants compete in a tournament format while enjoying breakfast and lunch provided as part of the event. The day also includes a raffle featuring a variety of prizes donated by generous sponsors and community partners.
