How is Bookcliff Christian School governed?
Bookcliff Christian School is a ministry of Bookcliff Baptist Church (BBC). We are governed by a 5-person Advisory Team. This team consists of church members, the church pastor, the school administrator, school assistant administrator, and the preschool director. This team meets regularly and is responsible for setting the policies under which the administration operates the school. The school administrators have liberties to make decisions they feel are best for the school. The church and pastor do have final authority over the school.
Do you teach church doctrine?
Do you teach church doctrine?
Bookcliff Christian School is a non-denominational, Bible-teaching school. Our Bible curriculums come from a solid variety of ABEKA, Bob Jones, ACSI, and Purposeful Design. These curriculums have been found to offer students the best biblical worldview within each of the subjects taught. There are differences in church doctrine, and we handle those differences as gently as we can by referring our students to their parents or their church. Please refer to our Statement of Faith.
