Ms. Green is a California native who relocated to Grand Junction in 2018 to be near her family. Although her plan was to retire here, God had another plan. After coming to BCS as our interim principal, the love from our students, staff, and families convinced her to stay as Principal for two years, and we are blessed to have her stay on board now, as our Billing Specialist. Ms. Green loves children and their inquisitive minds and always knew that she wanted to be in education. She received her BA in liberal studies and her Masters in Educational Leadership from San Jose State University. She has 28 years of experience teaching every grade from Kindergarten through the 5thgrade. When she's not working hard to serve our students at BCS, she enjoys reading, swimming, and spending time with family. She has a daughter who teaches math at Grand Junction High School, a son-in-law who co-owns Kiln Coffee, and a son attending law school at UCLA. Another fun fact about Ms. Green is that she was on the Wheel of Fortune with her mom in 2004, and they won cash and cars! We are incredibly grateful for God bringing Ms. Green to BCS and her faithful leadership and service here!
